Can you tell us a bit about your business?

Fingermark is a technology company that specialises in optimising and empowering those in Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs) with our software platforms that power everything from self-ordering kiosks to digital menu boards and drive-thru intelligence systems.

By capturing and analysing data, Fingermark provides valuable insights for a deeper connection to your restaurant, connecting operators to their customers, staff members, and managers.

We strive to improve operational excellence, speed of service, and overall customer and staff satisfaction, leading to maximised revenue.

What’s the backstory for your business idea?

I was running bars in Wellington when I came up with the idea of flipping the POS system and giving the customers the power to place orders themselves. It was a simple idea that has evolved into working with the largest QSR’s in the world to improve their overall operational efficiencies.

What programmes, learning or mentoring, or resources have been of assistance so far?

  • I have a great mentor in the USA that helps guide me to make good business decisions.
  • I also have some great NZ Entrepreneurs that I can lean on for advice.
