We love seeing the lightbulb moments when business owners realise they can understand and manage their business and payroll with confidence. Helping people go from overwhelmed to empowered is what drives us. We’re passionate about making business easier, more compliant, and more successful—because when small businesses thrive, communities do too.
What recent news and highlights can you share about your work and impact?
- We recently transitioned our 9-week payroll legislation course into a self-paced online format, making it more accessible for busy business owners and professionals across Aotearoa. This shift has allowed us to reach more learners and support them in building payroll confidence at their own pace.
- We’ve also expanded our payroll audit and leave review services, helping businesses identify compliance gaps and avoid costly errors. Our work has directly contributed to improved payroll accuracy and peace of mind for dozens of clients.
- In 2025, we rebranded to The Ontrack Group, reflecting our broader mission to empower small businesses through education, support, and community. We’re proud to be part of the movement creating successful businesses that build thriving communities.
