We love seeing the lightbulb moments when business owners realise they get it, and understand they can and manage their business and payroll with confidence. Helping people go from overwhelmed to empowered is what drives us. We’re passionate about making business easier, more compliant, and more successful—because when small businesses thrive, communities do too.

What recent news and highlights can you share about your work and impact?

  • We recently transitioned our 9-week payroll legislation course into a self-paced online format, making it more accessible for everyone across Aotearoa. This shift has allowed us to reach more people, to support them in building payroll confidence at their own pace.
  • Our payroll audit and leave review services have expanded, helping businesses identify compliance gaps and avoid costly errors. Our work has directly contributed to improved payroll accuracy and peace of mind for dozens of clients.
  • In 2025, we rebranded to The Ontrack Group, reflecting our broader mission of empowering small business owners through education, support, and community. We’re proud to be part of the movement creating successful businesses that build thriving communities.
