- Raising Capital: Unless you’re bootstrapping, you’ll need to raise capital to give your startup the runway to take off and succeed. LegalVision’s experienced capital raising team can help you draft and review term sheets, subscription and shareholder agreements, advise on capital raising and corporate governance, set up a cap table, and negotiate with investors.
