The Global Entrepreneurship Network Aotearoa NZ (GEN NZ) is holding its fifth annual unconference and workshops at GridAKL Futures Lab 14-15 March 2024. The event brings together entrepreneurs from all over New Zealand in a two-day festival of networking and getting sh!t done.

The GEN NZ Unconference and Workshops are about learning from each other about the art and science of entrepreneurship.

At an unconference on 15 March, the attendees set the agenda, and discuss items of importance on the day, sharing experiences, and building coalitions to solve critical problems in real time. There will also be workshop streams on 14 March covering diverse topics such as Founder Wellbeing, Impact Investment, Indigenous Entrepreneurship, Hiring, Art and Entrepreneurial Thinking, Community Strategy, and more. Also present at the event will be investors, support organisations, government representatives, and academics.

“You won’t want to miss this event if you want to tackle issues facing NZ entrepreneurs together. With our local and global networks, there’s nothing we can’t accomplish,” said Dave Moskovitz, GEN NZ Chair. “There’s no better place to meet that person who is going to connect you to success.”

GEN NZ comprises over 250 members representing over 150 companies and other organisations. The Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN) is active in over 190 countries and strives to create one global entrepreneurial ecosystem, where entrepreneurs can connect with each other and access the people and resources they need to thrive locally and globally.
