Some support helps you get through the moment. Som Some support helps you get through the moment. Some changes what becomes possible next.

Lately, I have seen businesses step forward to share what founders actually need right now.

Clarity around new regulations.
Guidance through tough team decisions.
Spaces to connect and exchange ideas.

This kind of visibility matters.
It builds trust.
It positions businesses as leaders in the conversations that count.

But there is another layer.

Through NZ Entrepreneur, that visibility also funds scholarships into the Startup NZ Entrepreneurs Programme. So while one founder gains clarity today,
another gets the chance to begin.

A ripple that moves in both directions.

A true double win ✨

A new chapter begins when vision meets action. Th A new chapter begins when vision meets action.

This quarter, one of our amazing community leaders, Broadwood Area School, has introduced the Startup NZ Entrepreneurs Programme in their school.
They are bringing an entrepreneurial mindset into the classroom and opening doors for the next generation of innovators.

We are cheering for leaders who go above and beyond, creating opportunities for the people they serve.

It’s a privilege to support this initiative through scholarshipsβ€”and none of it would be possible without the incredible sponsors backing it.

Here’s to curiosity, courage, and leadership in action ✨

Tired of the mortgage run-around? πŸ πŸ’Έ Kiwi founder Tired of the mortgage run-around? πŸ πŸ’Έ

Kiwi founders Adam Joyce and Matt Williams are shaking up the home loan game with Anteup. After getting fed up with the tedious process of refixing their own mortgages over a beer one evening, they decided to build a better way.

Anteup is a reverse marketplace where banks come to you. One application, multiple offers, and total transparency. No more lopsided commissions or endless admin. Just you in the driver's seat.

The emotional roller coaster of building something The emotional roller coaster of building something that matters.

This week I spoke with one of our scholarship recipients. A couple of years ago she decided to build an app. It is now almost ready to launch. She has invested everything into it, financially and emotionally, because she believes it can change the event industry.

The idea was born from a personal challenge. That experience pulled her into entrepreneurship and fuels her every day.

And still, she spoke about the whirlwind. The overwhelm. The weight of carrying it mostly on her own.

The gratitude for being one of the recipients of the Stratup NZ scholarship and her sense of relief is confirmation we're on the right track. All thanks to our might StartupNZ Sponsors.

We're talking about a year’s access to the Startup NZ Entrepreneurs Programme. Inside, she will gain insights from the stories of 23 Kiwi startups, learn from 13 interviewed entrepreneurs, and step into a steady framework that will support her through the highs and lows. We got you, my friend!

Because the emotions are not a weakness. They are part of caring deeply.

How have you navigated the emotional side of building your vision?
